We want you to be completely satisfied with your De Leville piece. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear, in original De Leville packaging with all included materials, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange your piece for a different size in the same style, subject to availability. Contact us at concierge@deleville.co to arrange an exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship your new size as soon as we receive the original.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: custom or engraved pieces; items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery; items returned without original packaging.
To begin a return or exchange, email our concierge team at concierge@deleville.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once we receive your return: Inspection: 1–2 business days. Refund processing: 3–5 business days. Bank/card statement may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
